50 Cent & Drake React After Will Smith Slaps Chris Rock At The Oscars

This slap has been heard around the world. 50 cent and others reacted harshly.

After joking about the comedian’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, he got slapped.

In the most talked about moment at Sunday’s Oscars, the King Richard star rushed to the stage after Rock joked about Smith’s wife and the sequel to the 1997 film G.I. Jane.

Jada, who has been open about her struggle with hair loss from alopecia, didn’t seem too much fun.

“Will Smith slapped me,” said Rock, who was stunned after Smith got out of his seat and ran to the stage.

“Keep my wife’s name out of your mouth!” Smith told Rock during the live broadcast, which has been censored in most countries.

“Wow, man,” Rock said. “That was a G.I. Jane joke.”

“Get my wife’s name in his mouth,” Smith repeated.

“I’m going to do it, okay?” Rock said.

“I want to apologize to all my fellow candidates,” he said. “Art imitates life. I look like the crazy dad they said about Richard Williams. But love will do crazy things to you.”

Smith added, “Thank you. I hope the Academy invites me back.

After the frenzied moment rock called it “the best night in television history,” Smith’s son Jaden posted a message of support for his father. “And that’s how we do it,” he tweeted.
