A Surprise Person in Lil Nas X’ s New Album!

Just in time for the BET Awards weekend, Lil Nas X has announced that he is returning with his new single “Late to Da Party” featuring YoungBoy Never Broke Again.

The track opens with the slogan “F**k BET!” after Nas was removed from the nomination for the second year in a row. He has since called the network in a series of tweets that have been deleted.

“Thank you BET Awards. Yet another outstanding zero nomination,” he tweeted before revealing his source of anger. “I just feel like the black gay ppl has to fight to be seen in this world, and I try to act like we’re invisible even when we get to the top.”

This is Nas’ first music since his debut album Montero in September. He is working on follow-up and has previously collaborated with Saucy Santana titled “Down Souf Hoes”.

You can catch Nas playing the song “Late to Da Party” on his “Long Live Montero Tour,” which kicks off in Detroit on September 6.
