Big Latto is back with “Wheelie”. Fans got their long-awaited video clip.
Days after “Big Energy” broke the Top 20 of the Hot 100, the Atlanta rapper is back with the highly anticipated track “Wheelie” featuring 21 Savage. Latto started giving the first signals about the song in February. Fans who saw the sign were very excited. She also did not say which singer she would collaborate with in February. She kept the curiosity of her fans fresh with little tips.
Latto hinted at her collaborator, saying she was a mysterious parent, a diamond-certified actress, and a previous Met Gala attendee.
While many fans thought there might be names like Cardi B or Nicki Minaj, Latto disagreed. Because the artist would be a man. These theories were quickly debunked.
This week, when 21 Savage announced the cover art of the song, everyone learned the truth.
The “Wheelie” video directed by Colin Tilley was presented to the fans. The song was released on all platforms. The track was presented to the audience as the second single from Latto’s second studio album, the sequel to 2020’s Queen of da Souf. In this project, we can see Latto and 21’s debut single “Pull Up” as well as their debut single “Bitch from da Souf”.
Big Latto Shared The Matrix Cover
The cover art of the song will also be Matrix themed. Because you see that 21 and Latto will appear on the cover looking like they just stepped out of The Matrix.
The release of the song “Wheelie” hit crazy numbers on TikTok in February, thanks to a viral dance challenge. Latto shared a few of her favorite dance routines on Instagram on February 9.
“This mf ain’t even out yet,” she wrote in the caption.
Latto outperformed in 2021. “Big Energy” entered the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100 and continued to reach new heights throughout 2022, peaking at number 17 on Tuesday, March 8.
