Boosie Badazz ‘I Don’t Wanna Kill Him’
In February, Boosie Badazz grabbed a stray shot from YoungBoy Never Broke Again, who called up the Baton Rouge veteran on his track “I Hate YoungBoy.”
“Don’t feel Boosie even likes me, bitch, don’t call my phone, fuck me,” YoungBoy said in rap.
A few weeks later, Boosie responded to YB’s lightness with his own song: “I Don’t Call Phones I Call Shots.”
“This is the first and last time I’m talking about this,” Boosie said in rap. “If you feel like this, why don’t you call me on my phone number?/Bitch you know you’re wrong, clean up all that na’s song/Don’t clean up all that na’s song, but imitate it like you a na dog/That fake shit/Don’t talk to me anymore, lil’ na, you know I’m not going for that / Let’s keep him a real dog, you were a ho for that.”
Earlier this week, Boosie sat down for an interview with VladTV, where he was asked why he didn’t reach out to YoungBoy instead of talking about wax.
Boosie Badazz Thinks That Won’t Be a Problem
“Because I don’t wanna kill him,” Boosie explained. “So, I just wanted to say what I had to say. I ain’t really promote the song. I just wanted to say what I had to say. But, it—I just felt like, I’ll say what I had to say over the mic and that’s it, you know? Like I said, my first and last time speaking on it. I was gon’ say what I had to say, and that’s it.”
After Vlad pressed him on whether there was anything else that led up to the two rappers trading shots, Boosie maintained that he merely responded to YB’s initial diss.
“I was just sayin’ some pussy shit like he do. That’s all I felt,” Boosie said. “I ain’t even take that sh*t to heart, really.”
