Drake Buys $70 Million Beverly Crest Mansion
Drake found a new place to call home. The OVO rapper bought himself a mega-mansion in the Beverly Crest area of Los Angeles in a deal expected to close north of $70 million.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the Tuscan-style property was once owned by singer-songwriter Robbie Williams, who bought it from Guess co-founder Armand Marciano in 2015 for $32.7 million. Williams reportedly hopes to receive about $85 million for the property.
Drake‘s new Benedict Canyon digs include a 25,000-square-foot main house with 10 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms. Other facilities include an 11-car garage, wine cellar, gym, games room, screening room and elevator, as well as outdoor gardens such as tennis court, mosaic tile pool and orchard.

Drake Reacts To His Placement On Hip-hop’s Highest-Paid Artists List
Drake seems to have feelings about his estimated earnings. The rapper appears to have reacted to his ranking on hip-hop’s list of highest-paid artists. The 2021 ranking, which emerged earlier this week, puts Certified Lover Boy in fourth place with an estimated pre-tax income of $50 million.
But Drake apparently disagrees with the assessment. He responded to the headline “hip-hop power players” with a smiley face emoji, implying that they had done wrong and that 2021 revenue exceeded $50 million. JAY-Z topped the 2021 hip-hop best-earning list with $450 million, followed by Kanye West with $250 million. Drake was one point below Diddy, who earned $75 million.
