Drake Makes Huge Profit By Selling Houses
Drake sold one of his California homes to the Super Bowl champion.
Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford bought the Hidden Hills homes for $11 million, according to the Wall Street Journal. The NFL star bought the house for much more than the $7.4 million price.
Drake had originally purchased the homes for $7.35 million. Thus, he made a very profitable deal. He’s also trying to sell his wasteful YOLO property, also in Hidden Hills. The YOLO property has yet to be sold at an asking price of $14.8 million.
Stafford’s new homes were originally purchased by Drake in 2015 and 2018. One of these homes is 3,600 square feet with five bedrooms and includes an 800 square foot guest house. The other is 2,400 square feet with three bedrooms.
The rapper put his Hidden Hills properties up for sale after purchasing a luxury home in the Los Angeles area. He recently purchased a mansion on Beverly Crest from Robbie Williams.
The rapper, who topped the charts on Billboard, spent $75 million on more than 20 acres of land. The mansion has 10 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms and an 11-car garage. There is also a wine cellar, games room and tennis court.
