Eminem Takes Shots At 6IX9INE On Cordae’s ‘PARABLES (REMIX)’

Eminem is  back, and he‘s got 6ix9ine in sight. Eminem reappears with the first song of 2022 on Cordae‘s second album, “From a Birds Eye View“, “Parables (Remix)”. Detroit rapper shoots Tekashi in Spitfire string.

“It‘s hard for me to understand that this was once my life/Bok will want to get over you like a plea deal / So I treat a tempo like Tekashi, spitting at that bitch like Meek Mill,” he raps.

The line is a reference to the racketeering case in which 6ix9ine agreed to a plea deal and Meek‘s confrontation with the “Trollz” rapper in Atlanta in early 2021. Amid their animosity, Meek claimed Tekashi ran at him as he left a club and Meek responded by spitting at him.

In an interview with Apple Music, Cordae spoke about getting a last-minute verse from Eminem for his album.
“There were definitely some last minute alley-oops and buzzer beaters. That‘s why I commend my brother for sending that buzz beater,” he said.

“Any artists coming with a lyricist approach to making music in hip-hop, certainly have some sort of Eminem influence. It‘s like impossible not to,” he added. “My first song that I came out with was ‘My Name Is (Remix). ‘ So that tells you all, I need to say about what I think of Eminem and how much his music has meant to me. ”

From a Birds Eye View also includes views from Lil Wayne, Nas, Stevie Wonder, Lil Durk and H. E. R.

“The feds sent him to take me out wtf,” Meek said after the scuffle. “Had to spit on him so he retreated lol he really waited outside the club for me … I thought I was dreaming wtf we almost smoked him lol he posed a lil threat popping up in the parking lot waiting for me.”
