Is Britney Spears buying Drake’s old home?
Britney Spears has previously told fans she is “in the process of buying a new home.” Looks like he’s getting ready to buy Drake‘s properties.
TMZ caught Britney looking at the Hidden Hills property of the “One Dance” rapper, yolo estate, which was released Monday. Interest in the sprawling property was hot news when TMZ reported that each show had 20 to 30 guests gathered together. Britney and her fiancé Sam Asghari were live with many others, but nothing else is known about their visit or what they think of Drake’s former stomping sites.
The house was originally assembled in a package of three homes that sold for $14.8 million. It has its own theatre, swimming pool, waterfalls, tennis courts, bars and recording studio.

Last month, Britney Spears told fans on Instagram, “It’s time for a change!!!!.” In a post about his current home, he continued: “I have lived in this house for 7 years… I’m very humble about the house I live in right now, !!!!.” Britney’s apparent home shopping follows reports that she has signed a book deal worth $15 million and should help with a down payment for her future location.
Drake Is Selling His Yolo Estate For $15 Million
If you’re reading this, you’re not too late. A week after buying a $70 million mansion in Beverly Crest, Drake ‘s famous YOLO Estate in Hidden Hills has been launched. Set in a private cul-de-sac in a private gated enclave, the three-acre property can be yours if you buy it for $14.8 million.
Built in 1974, 12,500-square-foot English Tudor has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, six fireplaces, a wine cellar, tasting room, bar, recording studio and cinema. Drake, who purchased his Hidden Hills party pad in 2012 for $7.7 million, briefly listed it in 2017 for just under $20 million.
Last week, Drake purchased an even larger home in the Beverly Crest area in an off-market deal worth a reported $70 million. Previously owned by Robbie Williams, the 25,000-square-foot property sits on 20 acres with 10 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms.
