Jamie Lynn Spears seemingly reacts to sister Britney Spears Calling Her ‘Scum’
Jamie Lynn Spears appears to have reacted to her sister Britney Spears referring to her as herself. Jamie Lynn, 30, posted on her Instagram stories hours after Britney called her by name for claiming in a TV interview that the pop star locked them in a room while waving a knife.
“I‘ve never walked around with a knife or anything like that!!! Britney, 40, added in a statement posted on Twitter on Friday: “The only knife I saw you at home was cutting the biggest pieces of zucchini I‘ve ever seen in my life and it was too big for me to cut. ”
Spears continued, “NOW and only NOW I know only a scum person would make things like this about someone . . . . Around the kids ???? Jamie Lynn, seriously ??? Come on !!! Congrats on introducing your older sister the concept of getting LOW . . . LOWER . . . LOWEST . . . because you win on that one, babe.
While Britney Spears has been calling her family for months for roles at her former conservatory, the brothers began publicly fighting to promote Jamie Lynn‘s new book, “Things I Should Have Said,” on “Good Morning America” on Wednesday.
“I’ve always been my sister’s biggest supporter, so when she needed help, I set up ways to do so,” Jamie Lynn claimed during her interview with GMA. “I went out of my way to make sure that she had the contacts she needed to possibly go ahead and end this conservatorship and just end this all for our family. If it’s going to cause this much discord, why continue it?”

He also claimed that “love still exists” between him and Britney, adding: “I just loved and supported him.”
But the “Stronger” singer reportedly insisted in the Q&A that her younger sister was trying to save her reputation for selling books.
“My family has ruined my dreams 100 percent and is trying to make me look crazy,” Spears tweeted after Jamie Lynn’s GMA interview. “My parents love to pull me down and hurt me all the time, so I’m disgusted with them!”
