Lil Keed Dead At 24
Lil Keed has passed away.
Friday May 13, the Atlanta rapper, born Raqhid Jevon Render, died, according to his brother Lil Gotit, who confirmed the tragic news on social media. At the moment, the cause of death is unknown. Keed was 24 years old.
He announced his brother’s death emotionally.
“I can’t believe I saw you die today bro I did all my crying I know what you want me to do and this is getting hard for Mom and Dad Our brothers Naychur and Whiteboy #ImaHoldthisShitDown,” she captioned a photo of her and Keed.
In another IG Story, she wrote, “@lilkeed Whyyy bras whyyy leave me a bra.”

Lil Keed is signed to Young Thug‘s Young Stoner Life Records under 300 Entertainment. The 2020 XXL Freshman made a name for herself with a number of mixtapes, including Trapped in Cleveland, Trapped on Slime Avenue, Cleveland 2 and Keep Talk to ‘Em, which spawned the hit “Untitled”.”
in 2019, she released her debut album, Long Live Mexico, followed by 2020’s Trapped on Cleveland 3 featuring Travis Scott, Lil Baby, Future and Chris Brown. It was also featured on last year’s YSL compilation Slime Language 2.
“My purpose and my intention for the future? I want to be a megastar, ” Keed once told XXL. “I don’t want to be a superstar. I want to be a megastar.”
His death comes just days after the Young Thug, Gunna and other YSL members were named in a 56-count indictment that included charges ranging from drug and weapons possession to murder. Thug and Gunna are still in custody after a judge denied their bond.
