Lil Uzi Vert Says Jt Broke Up With Him Over Old Tweet

There’s a little problem with Lil Uzi Vert and JT.

The couple reportedly quit and reportedly reportedly related to a 7-year-old tweet.

Uzi tried to shoot with Distortedd on social media before his relationship with JT in 2015. “If you were meth, I’d do it all day,” he told the Philly artist.

Distorted republited Uzi‘s old tweet on Monday, April 4, before deleting it. But that was enough to upset City Girl, who apparently broke up with her boyfriend after seeing the reappearing tweet.

“Jt broke up with me because of this stupid scumbag,” Uzi wrote in a tweet that has since been deleted. “I don’t even do FML.”

For Lil Uzi They Say These Tweets Are Fake

JT explained that Uzi lied and initially told him that the tweet he was told was fake.

“Idgaf said if it was 2012, it was fake instead of old,” he wrote, “and here you all go because he wants to run online about it!!!”

Shortly before announcing the separation, Uzi shared her disappointment on social media. “I don’t understand why it’s going on f**k my lil life goes on … What the hell am I doing?”

This isn’t the first time the couple have sparked breakup rumours. Earlier in August, there were reports of a split after they unfollowed each other on social media.

The pair, who began dating in 2020, often showed it to the PDA, even having each other’s names tattooed on their arms. In December, Uzi took Nickelodeon Studios Park to his girlfriend’s 29th floor.
