Neighbors Stumbling Block to Kim Kardashian’s Construction Plan
Kim Kardashian got stuck in a neighbor block while trying to build her home in Hidden Hills, one of the trendiest areas of Los Angeles. Kardashian’s neighbor, Sarah Key, filed in court to stop renovation plans on the star’s property.
Kim Kardashian, who is in the process of divorcing her rapper husband Kanye West, has started the construction to renovate her home in Hidden Hills of Los Angeles, where she lives with her four children, disturbed her neighbor named Sarah Key.
Kardashian’s plans for her estate included building several structures on her home’s grounds, including an underground cellar, underground parking lot, underground health center, and a self-contained guardhouse. However, sources close to Kim Kardashian, reached by TMZ, said that the American star does not have a cellar plan.

“STOP CONSTRUCTION”
According to court documents, the 40-year-old star’s neighbor, Sarah Key, filed the application and named the Hidden Hills Community Association, not Kim Kardashian, as her defendant.
Key demanded that the association stop Kardashian’s plan to ‘flatten two hills’ and build on ‘two high-pressure gas transmission lines’, as he did not want the area to lose its ‘natural and rural county environment’.
Key also shared her fears that building on top of the gas lines “will put the residents of Hidden Hills at risk of physical injury and irreparable property damage.
“CAN CAUSE LOSS OF LIVES”
The dossier includes Kardashian’s plans to “destroy two hills of Hidden Hills, at the very least cause irreparable damage” and that “advancing these two development projects could result in loss of life.”
Sources said that Kardashian’s construction plans were made in consultation with the housing association to ensure they comply with all guidelines.

His wife, Kanye West, who is in the process of divorce with Kim Kardashian, bought the mansion in question for $ 20 million in 2014. During the property’s renovation, Kardashian and West stayed with the star’s mother, Kris Jenner, and the celebrity couple moved into the house in 2017.
