Nicki Minaj shared a congratulatory post on Tuesday afternoon, March 22. Her followers were enraged.

Rap Queen Nicki took to Twitter to show her gratitude for the song Why Nicki Minaj Is One of the Greatest of All Time. Author Joshua Robinson details Nicki’s career and her influence in the music industry in this piece.

One of the things we understand about Nicki is that when she takes a break from the scene, she thinks she’s in a vacuum. They also compare Nicki to other female rappers on the track. They emphasize Nicki’s influence.

“Despite the welcomed contributions of women like Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion City Girls, and Doja Cat over the past few years,” Robinson penned, “female rap still feels incomplete without Nicki Minaj’s presence and output, and that alone illustrates how important she is to Hip-Hop, as a genre, and as a culture.”

Nicki  shared the post. And she scribbled the names of other female rappers without explanation. Others saw it as a trivial move.

Nicki then continued. “Oh f##. Guys I forgot to post this last thing,” she wrote. “Hold on lemme get it.”

It was then discovered that Nicki was trolling and she republished the initially confusing paragraph. “Check it out y’all! 😃😅🤪🤣😂😂😂😂😂😂😂” she tweeted.
