Nicki Minaj Responds To Coi Leray Collobration
Nicki Minaj and Coi Leray may or may not have a collaboration in the work. On Monday, Coi‘s father, Benzino, claimed his daughter had recorded a song with Minaj for her upcoming debut album. “Her album’s going to be drugs. She got a song with Nicki Minaj that would go crazy,” he said.
However, after Benzino’s announcement, Nicki said that she and Coi did not collaborate on a song. “I don’t have a collaboration with anyone,” she wrote in an Instagram Story, explaining that she was focused on her own music. “Onika mode. I love you, I love you.”
Coi wasn’t happy that her father spoke for her, without directly addressing the rumored Nicki feature. “It’s my turn, Dad. I want you to sit the f**k, buy popcorn, enjoy the shower and applaud me when it’s time for me to clap,” she said.
Nicki had previously shown her support for “No More Parties” rapper Coi, who was seen rapping nicki’s single “Do We Have a Problem?” Nicki gave Coi’s TikTok video her stamp of approval with a series of heart emojis. In recent weeks, Nicki has collaborated with a mysterious female artist. “I recently sent a verse to a woman,” he told “The Dana Cortez Show.”
