Pusha T Praised By Pharrell Williams
Pusha T invited his longtime collaborator Pharrell Williams to the stage on Its Almost Dry Tour held on June 4.
“Without Pharrell, there is no It’s Almost Dry,” Pusha T said in part. “He brought a whole different dynamic to my album, man. I love you, bro, for everything, always. You brought me in this game, you taught me everything! Everything! Clothes, dressing, what you want? You did it. Real shit, no lie.”
Pharrell, on the other hand, gave King Push her flowers and named the staff MC her first Billboard 200 No. Congrats on winning 1.
“Man, I am just so proud of my brother,” Pharrell began. “He’s been doing this for over 20 years. Number one album in the country. Everybody has been talking about it, y’all know this is the best one. Thank you for being so supportive all these years. And you gotta know when it comes to real masterpieces, when you know you really got one, that’s the thing you say, ‘its almost dry.’”

Pusha T Is A Major Figure In Hip Hop
Pusha T has been a major figure in hip-hop for a very long time. Just after earning his first #1 album on the Billboard 200, Push featured the final issue of NME on Friday, May 20.
Pusha added that many rap legends are not lucky enough to win a run as long as his.
“A lot of our forefathers, the greats, they didn’t stand the test of time,” Pusha said. “As great as they were, I don’t know how much they are [still] appreciated. [I want] to show that rap doesn’t have to age out. When people look at me, they need to understand that I can do this forever.”
“It’s all about creating the best product you can create,” Pusha detailed of It’s Almost Dry. “That’s just the standard. I want people to look at this street rap narration that I’m painting and understand that this is all I want to make.
“Don’t ask me for anything else. I’m not entertaining you. I’ve been a realist. I’ve shown you everything. I have won the wars. I went through label dramas, i withstood everything. Now is the best time for me to be more creative and fully uplift the genre.”
