According to Saweetie, Pretty Bitch Music is more than just an album. “Through hours of self-reflection, I realized that Pretty B.I.T.C.H music is not an album, it’s a movement. It’s a culture. This is a language. It’s a way of life,” he continued. “We don’t rush art, we take our time!”
While it hasn’t announced a release date, it promises to be worth the wait. “This is not microwave nonsense! It’s cooking and it’s definitely worth tasting.”
The project has been coming for a long time. It was supposed to arrive last summer, but it was postponed several times.
Meanwhile, he released a number of singles, including “Tap In” with Jhené Aiko, “Back to the Streets”, “Best Friend” with Doja Cat, and “Closer” with H.E.R. She has also appeared in the studio with producers such as Danja, Lil Jon and Murda Beatz.
“The world will be shocked by my new music,” Saweetie said of her debut for W Magazine. “From now on, I think they’ll be shocked by everything I’ve done.”
