He said he received a call informing him that he had been removed from the artists’ cast.
You’re not officially announced as an artist. This year, however, it was nominated for five Grammys, including Album of the Year, Best Rap Album and Best Rap Song.
Kanye West Speaks out for The Game on Instagram
Taking to Instagram, Kanye‘s “Eazy” collaborator The Game blasted him for his decisions, which he claimed were related to his controversial comments about Grammy host Trevor Noah. According to The Blast, there were concerns about West and Noah’s interactions during the show.
Ye made a racial slur against Noah in an Instagram post that was deleted after the “Daily Show” host commented on his “harassment” of Kim Kardashian, which included a 24-hour suspension from Instagram.
In response to the report, Noah seemingly denied that he wanted Ye yanked from the Grammy lineup and only wanted to see him get help.
“I said counsel Kanye not cancel Kanye,” he tweeted on Sunday morning.

“The Grammys have at the last minute decided to pull @kanyewest from performing on the show as if we didn’t know it was coming,” Game wrote. “Could be because @trevornoah is hosting and there was a conversation held amongst his team & the academy that led to the decision or because Ye’s account was suspended just days ago for reasons unknown especially in a world where all the negativities of the world can be found on the same app with no repercussions or suspensions.”
