In “Sheikh Talk,” T-Raww brings international feelings while patroning an Indian flute instrumentader.
“Like a flint, still rock the bed / Bitch stone, let the money walk / Bitch, I’m a boss, this sheikh talk,” he raps.
In February, Tyga teamed up with Doja on “Freaky Deaky,” which has more than 100 million streams and peaked at number 43 on the Billboard Hot 100.
He’s now finishing his new album, which will be released in July. The project will include collaborating with Chris Brown and other surprise guests. “I’m really, really looking forward to two features that I want,” he told Apple Music.
Tyga and Doja Cat Reunite on “Freaky Deaky”
Following the success of their 2019 hit “Juicy“, Tyga and Doja Cat reunited and released a new track called “Freaky Deaky” and a music video directed by Christian Breslauer. Doja enters the stage with a cheeky introduction:
“I feel weird, you’re going to see me / There’s a mirror on the ceiling, you’re in the mood to please me.” Tyga then picks up the microphone in the first verse, rap, “Oh, lil, always on time / I pick you up, I go out, I take you for a ride / Body like December, ass in summer timе.”
In an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1, Tyga said “Freaky Deaky” came as the first single from an album that was “about 80 percent finished” and would likely be released “in early summer.”
“[Doja] is a true artist,” Tyga told Lowe. “And I think we see that from her outfits, her Lives, her TikToks, but that’s what makes her her and she’s a real true artist and that’s what I appreciate about her. … Working with her is real easy. It’s like working with Chris [Brown]. I feel like Chris and Lil Wayne are two people that I can go in the studio with and make a great record in 30 minutes.”
