Yo Gotti to Be Lead Actor at Juneteenth Unity Weekend
Dallas Southern Pride has selected Yo Gotti as the lead actor for the 2022 Juneteenth Unity Weekend. The Memphis-based rapper will perform at the Mega Party on Saturday, June 18.
Yo will be collaborating with Texan Erica Banks and Yella Beezy for Mega Party. Names such as Moneybagg Yo, City Girls and Saucy Santana will also be performing at the party.
“Juneteenth Unity Weekend is a celebration and representation of the many intersections and beautiful mosaics within the Black community,” said Kirk Myers-Hill, President of Dallas Southern Pride.
More than 20,000 people are expected to attend the four-day Juneteenth Unity Weekend. The event will also feature COVID-19 vaccines and family-based practices.
A portion of the proceeds from this year’s Juneteenth Unity Weekend will be donated to support their partner agencies’ free health and wellness events. We look forward to Yo Gotti’s performance.
